I always say there’s no better way to experience the magic of Disneyland than by going to Disneyland, but as the owner of a travel information website in the US, I know how expensive a trip can be for a family. That’s why I was thrilled to learn about a new promotion for summer 2026!
For just $50 per day, kids ages 3 to 9 can visit both theme parks with a special 1-Day Park Hopper ticket. My team and I are already planning our next visit, because seeing Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance for that price is a real treat. How Much Can You Save on Disneyland Tickets: My Calculation
When I was preparing this article, I specifically compared prices. If you are planning a busy trip, multi-day options look even more attractive.
- 1-Day Park Hopper: $50 per day.
- 2-Day Park Hopper: $100 per ticket (reg. $104/day or CA Resident Park Hopper Ticket $83/day) – you save around $100;
- 3-Day Park Hopper: $150 per ticket (reg. $104/day or CA Resident Park Hopper Ticket $83/day) – you save around $150;
My advice: get a 2 or 3-day ticket. In my experience, one day is never enough to get around both parks, especially in the summer when the lines get longer.
My Park Finds
Disneyland is still celebrating its 70th anniversary, and the atmosphere in the park is simply incredible. As I walked past the “Celebrate Happy” decorations, I felt the same childlike joy that I felt on my first trips. In honor of the anniversary, the park has added many new photo zones and special moments to capture.
For me, a trip to Disneyland is not just about the rides, but also about hunting for cool souvenirs and meeting heroes.
I was amazed by the number of new products! There are a lot of exclusive clothes in the stores right now, and I especially liked the soft Winnie the Pooh sweaters – they look very stylish and cozy.
Also, don’t miss the display windows – for example, the installation based on “Zootopia” looks like a real work of art. And the baubles with characters from “The Nightmare Before Christmas” and “Big Hero 6” create the same festive mood that we all come here for.
If you ask me about the best place to have lunch, I will definitely direct you to Port of San-Fransokio Square in Disney California Adventure Park.
I love Aunt Cass Cafe! It always smells like fresh bread and the food reminds me of my favorite moments from the cartoon “Big Hero 6”. After a hearty lunch, I usually head to Tomorrowland – it’s my ritual to end the active part of the day.
When the sun goes down, I recommend finding a nice spot near the fountains. The neon lights at night are incredible.
Personal life hack: Walking around the park is over 20,000 steps a day. To keep my legs and immune system strong, I always take B vitamins and electrolytes with me. This helps me stay energized until the park closes. Remember: always consult your doctor before taking supplements!
How I Save at the Disney Store

I’ve seen many disappointed tourists who had a ticket but couldn’t get in because they forgot to reserve. The number of seats for the “Kids’ Summer Ticket Offer” holders is limited, so check the calendar on the official website as soon as you buy your ticket.
